Ponder the path of your feet; then all your ways will be sure. — Proverbs 4:26
During this morning’s devotional time, this verse stuck. Quite simply Solomon is encouraging his son to think about where he’s going. If he’ll just stop and think, he’ll make wise choices.
Of course, we know that stopping and thinking doesn’t always produce wise results. Sometimes we still make dumb decisions, but the odds of making good decisions are greatly increased if we’ll just think about what we’re doing.
The path that you are on now – where is it leading you? If you continue that way, what are the likely consequences. Stop. Think. Choose wisely.
