We had another successful day on site yesterday as we continued to lay block on the water house. We actually used up all our block and had to order more. The progress has been remarkable, plus we had some welcome cloud cover in the morning.
Those who were doing the eyeglasses ministry were really blessed as people unable to see clearly were overjoyed to be able to read or see anything up close. Some of the recipients cried as things that were formerly fuzzy became clear. There’s a sermon in there somewhere!
Today, we’ll divide and conquer. We’ll send some back to the site to continue the work, while the rest of us will be doing a Bible story here at the mission house. Pray for the hearts of children and parents to be touched by God’s grace.
Everyone is safe and well fed. The food is incredible!
